Hi, I’m Mayita—strategist, public servant, and founder of Frontier Solutions, LLC.

I created Frontier Solutions to help mission-driven leaders bring bold ideas to life — not just through grant funding, but through smart strategy, sustainable systems, and thoughtful planning.

My core strength? Navigating government systems — and helping others do the same. With years of experience inside state government, I understand the structures, policies, and bureaucratic rhythms that shape how public funding and programs actually work. From legislation to agency operations to federal guidance, I help clients make sense of the landscape, spot opportunities, and build strong collaborations across sectors.

With over a decade of experience in public service, organizational development, and funding strategy, I’ve supported nonprofits, public agencies, and community-rooted ventures in everything from business planning and policy development to federal grant management and program design. I’m based in Nevada (Battle Born, always) and when I’m not mapping out strategy or reviewing frameworks, you’ll find me mentoring emerging leaders, showing up for my community, or singing and playing guitar.
